Wholesale Customers Only Please!

Pricing:

  • General Catalog: All pricing shown is Suggested Retail Pricing. These prices will be reflected in your shopping cart at checkout, and will be adjusted to reflect wholesale prices when we process the order. At that time, we will contact you with the wholesale prices and the password to access the Wholesale Catalog.
  • Wholesale Catalog: Wholesale pricing will be shown and applied to orders.
  • Minimum Order: $100 at wholesale prices. A $10.00 processing fill will be applied to all orders below minimu.
  • Minimum order quantities of selected items are automatically added to the shopping cart. For example, boxed notes require a minimum order of 6 boxes of the selected style; 6 boxes will automatically be added to the shopping cart.
  • Prices and product availability is subject to change without notice. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Notes & Queries reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Please be sure to include any special instructions or requests on the Checkout Page, such as prepricing requests, reorder tickets, future ship dates, etc.
  • International orders are not accepted online. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 410-682-6102 if you are located outside of the United States.
Payment Options:
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards are not charged until the order is ready to be shipped. We also accept C.O.D., prepayment by check, and offer Net 30 with approved credit. Our credit application is available online for your convenience (see Customer Credit below).
  • Free Freight will be given on all orders prepaid by check or credit card.
  • Establish N30 Terms: To establish N30 terms, please submit a completed Notes & Queries Credit Application. You can request a faxed copy by clicking the "Contact Us" link in the upper right hand corner of this page or by calling us at (410) 682-6102. Once you have completed the form, please fax to our office at (410) 682-5397, or mail the form to us at our address below.
Shipping and Returns:
  • All orders will be shipped via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Orders qualifying for free freight will be shipped via a method of Notes & Queries choosing.
  • Please notify Customer Service of any damage or shortage no later than seven days following receiptof your order, or notify us of any other issues with your order.
